- Must include “Premium support and hosting package” with our company at $45/month (includes Tax) for at least 12 months via Credit card or Paypal. (This is to your advantage)
- Automatic Paypal subscription must be setup before work begins. No exceptions. (free to setup) It will look like this: $180 first month, then 45/m after 30 days. Premium support and hosting package includes:
- Domain name (or transfer to our server if you already have one).
- Hosting – reliable 99.9% uptime and on a Vancouver server
- Up to 1 hour support each month – Q&A, request for changes, website tweaks, etc. Bonus: up to half-hour unused support can be transferred to next month
- Special offer will rise in price a bit each month: (if 3 already taken, you get next months’ price) January/Feb – $180 + 45/m, March – $220 + 47/m. , and April – $300 + $47
- Guarantee? If you are not satisfied with finished site, you have 20 days after completion to get a refund and stop your subscription, in which case your site will no longer be hosted and you will lose access.

Q: Can I host it myself? Can I add other features to the site not included here?
A: Yes, but not for this special price. Our basic WordPress websites start at a reasonable $495 with limited changes. The monthly package gives you many advantages.
Q: Can I use my own existing domain name?
A: Yes, but this is such a good deal already, the price remains the same regardless. Just make sure you send me the login to your domain to setup the hosting. We use Namecheap – see if your domain name is available here.
Q: Won’t my site look like others’ using the same themes?
No, there are enough options to look different – colour, columns, slider/no slider, header, your logo, what sections on side columns and footers show, etc. Plus, there are so many websites for each industry, even if similar, nobody will notice.
Q: How will I know if 3 have already taken that offer?
A: It won’t update automatically because some requests won’t qualify, but I will check it regularly and post which cities only have 1 left.
Q: Can I choose my own theme and still have the special price?
A: Yes, ONLY IF your site meets other conditions of the special. Tell us which theme. Any theme we need to purchase will be added to your bill. You can browse through these free themes, or purchase some premium themes from sites like Theme Forest or Elegant Themes for me to install.
Q: What happens after 12 months?
Then your site will be fully handed over to you with full admin access and no restrictions. Most continue the monthly support, but your needs will be different in a year – if you don’t expect to need as much support or maintenance, we can replace your “support” portion with needed local web marketing services or ongoing Social media posting or SEO services, or drop it down to just hosting at $12/month. As a professional web marketer and SEO specialist, I can do any activity that boosts your online presence.
Q: Do you have a money-back guarantee?
A: Yes, but this is such a good deal already, you only have 20 days after completion to get a refund (unless it totally doesn’t work later). Then your site is disabled and license to the theme is no longer valid. This is the refund policy only for this special deal, not all our services. Obviously lots of unique customization requests require more hours and more cost to you.
